Ignite needs at least £300$400 a month of Google Ads spend to work fully. Until your account is ready (enough spend, working conversion tracking and enough history), Ignite runs in limited mode and only blocks wasted searches.
Your plan follows your ad spend. If your spend is above your plan's band at two monthly checks in a row, you are told first, with the new plan, its price and the date it changes. Bring your spend back under the band before then and nothing changes.
You pay Google for your ads directly. Ad spend is never paid to us. UK prices exclude VAT.US prices exclude any sales tax. Cancel any time.
Pricing questions
Yes, while we launch, for the first 50 accounts, with no card needed. You get the Pro package. The free period runs until we end it, and we tell you by email before it ends. Nothing is charged unless you then choose a plan. If you do not, Ignite simply stops, and your Google Ads account is left exactly as it is.
Every change waits for your approval. The one kind of change you can let run on Auto is blocking wasted searches.
Core is £79 a month for ad spend up to £1,500 a month. Pro is £149 for up to £5,000. Scale is £249 for up to £15,000. In the US: Core $99 up to $2,000, Pro $189 up to $6,500, Scale $319 up to $20,000. UK prices exclude VAT; US prices exclude any sales tax. You pay Google for your ads directly, separately from Ignite.
Each plan covers ad spend up to a limit. If your spend over the last 30 days is above your plan's limit at two monthly checks in a row, you get a notice in the app, by email and in the chat, telling you your spend, the new plan, its price and the date it will change. You can upgrade then, or it happens on that date. If you bring your spend back under the limit before the date, the upgrade is cancelled. One busy week never triggers it.
Yes. If your spend sits under a lower plan's limit at two monthly checks in a row, Ignite offers you the move down. It is always your choice.
Each plan includes chat messages each month: Core 100, Pro 400, Scale 800. Past your allowance, answers come from a lighter AI model up to twice your allowance, then chat pauses until your allowance resets. Your scheduled optimisation, the protections, change emails, Freeze and undo are never affected.
Cancel any time in the app. Ignite stops making changes straight away, you keep access to your dashboard and activity log until the end of the month you have paid for, and no further payments are taken. There are no refunds for part months, and ad spend is paid to Google, so it is never refunded by us.
